I don't know in my opinion there is a chance that the buyers will just kind of get used to spending like this and having the all the flexibility in the world that they could want. I think it's you know maybe a crutch that is developing what do you say about that? There have been probably too many situations where the companies laid off employees because money that the companies counted on being there ended up not being there. In a lot of other cases companies did the cost cutting because they weren't sure if the money was going to be there.
