Poutine's Analysis of Russia
Duke wanted Russia to become um Category four, okay Eurasian a distinct civilization therefore something that throws down the gauntlet to unipolarity But he always interpreted the russian federation and Vladimir poutins policy as wavering Between those two directions. He was aware let's say even though he wanted Russia to go in that direction He was aware of the fact that it was on the fence but what's changed is that it's no longer on the fence. And another thing that's interesting Russia having taken the position that it's an independent civilization and not a european country Is now beginning to develop some of the policy documents to support that self interpretation.
