What's the First Step to Building a Product?

I think this's another place wher people get tripped up, because it's really easy to get paralyze and say, all there's so much to do. At the end of the day, still you're just one guy. I've been around for so long thati have a really good sense of what each step needs to be in terms of prog development. Am some, some designers i work with don't like you doing it that way, because they find like they're gin to get depressed when we don't actually build out their dreams. Others do like the thought exercise. And for me, personally, lie is always help to me.
