A good investment for both tenant and for landlord was a concept, which we don't need to go into too much here. A triple net lease is usually at big box stores, the commercial spaces due this year. And since what you're looking for is a residential space, cool, get a residential space. Obviously, make sure that you clear it with the landlord ahead of time. You'll make sure the landlord nows how you intend to use this space.
