How to Communicate With Your 18 Year Old Self
Pausanias is mused as Cleo, the goddess of history. The whole outer world is our inner world turned inside out so we can see it. And I think that living or dead, we can communicate with people that we want to communicate with. We're talking about in Michelle's healing home, where older or young versions of ourselves from the past that we hold a lot of harboring resentment and judgment towards go have this mental conversation with your 18 year old self until you can let go of whatever you're holding on to limiting that self and that energy and accept them and love them for who they are.
