"I don't know if I would say like imposter syndrome itself could be, but maybe if you're able to look at this situation differently, it could be," he says. "You have to put a spin on it and trying to see like the situation as an opportunity instead of like this scary thing." He adds that there are times when people feel genuinely out of their depth or irrationality is important in dealing with these situations.
