FICO report: Only 8% of financial services organizations consider themselves mature when it comes to responsible AI. The challenge is that there aren't many playbooks for this, and companies need to organize themselves around a standard which would be applied across the entire financial services organization. "Chat GPT" should be used as an example in terms of what you're talking about with hype and how these technologies end up being abused, even though they have clearly noble purposes.
