Are We as Equal as Women Leaders?
Women are held to a tougher standard because of the expectations that we aren't really as equal in terms of being a leader. In my book, i talk about how some of the reports say if we ever get to gender parody, and not that parody is the answer. But when we look at the discrepancy between the number of women who actually lead fortune 500 companies versus thenumber of women who graduate with mba, but themstald in their careers, it's very lop sided.
