The Unusual Way to Set Up a User Group
I love how you set up the feedback loop and then kind of handed it off. I think that's quite a great lesson for many tech leaders out there, particularly to myself. Well, the other thing is as well, it showed that we weren't worried about the users attending a user group. Yes. We went ahead and said, what we believe and what we're doing. And if you have got a problem, then bring it up amongst all of us. That's quite a radical movement. Within IT Labs, we talk about radical transparency. So one of the efforts is to create that transparency across the organization. Yeah. It was an independence of elements and self driven as well.
