How to Build Trust With Your Team

So today's agenda is like, I have read a book which is like seven habits of highly effective people by stepping away. The book talks about a concept called circle of influence. It is that when you are in a group, your influence might be limited to you and you can slowly work through your group to increase your influence. So as a PM, like a circle of influence is something that you definitely need to have bigger and bigger as your role grow. And agenda also revolves around that, those circles like you start building trust with your team and then you go to your manager and then you going even outside your manager real.
