Getting Stuck in the Planter

A lot of my clients get stuck in the research face sort if i want to try and find the exact right way to do something. I have a client who calls this having a knowledge gap. So there's some knowledge gap between where i'm at now and where i need to be, he says. And for that inattentive type, we often do just that. We go looking for some one to tell us how to do it. It's no wonder, because who are we? People that want to know the context? We want to know our role. When we don't know those things, and when we have to define those things for ourselves and figure out what works best
