Both major parties in Congress have talked about reforming or completely repealing Section 230. Republicans falsely think that it will suddenly magically lead more companies to leave up speech they want kept up and Democrats falsely believe the opposite is true. Ari Cohen, who is Free Speech Council at Tech Freedom, has been closely watching all of the various attacks on 230 over the past few years. He's here today to talk about that hearing, other hearings, attacks on 230 in general, and all of this kind of nonsense.
