A lot of athletes that I've been working with lately have a basically this like they're stuck in bilateral anterior tilt a little bit. Like the pelvis just stays there. It doesn't reciprocate back and forth. So what do we do? Strengthen their abdomen and we stretch their hip flexor. That's attack those anterior pelvic tilters by doing that. We also use an old NASM test to see how much motor control you had before you had to dump into an anterior pelvic tilt. Within 60 degrees of coming off of 90, it's going to happen right away.
