PRC's Use of US Infrastructure in the Smashed and Grab Indiscriminate Attacks

The Chinese and other actors have recognized that we do this for an intelligence mission really well. They've found that our home field advantage is actually a home field liability, so they can use infrastructure inside the US to create blind spots. Now, the good news is that's the space of industry and that's why this marriage has worked really well. It not only serves an operational purpose because it provides this check and balance where the government doesn't have access to bulk things.
