How to Improve Outcomes for Boys and Men
In the average US school district, girls are almost a grade ahead in English and they're level in math. All of those getting the highest GPAs and high schools, two thirds of them are girls. So various ways in which I think the education system isn't working as well for boys and men as it is for girls and women. Number one is to start boys in school a year later. We're seeing fewer and fewer male teachers in our schools. The third thing really does intersect, Joe, with some of your interests, is around more vocational training.
