The Costs of Type Two Discrimination
Economics is the study of hidden consequences. And soul is trying to get people to think in more subtle ways and think about costs. If we just declare a type two discrimination without thinking economically, what does that mean? The market would provide a self leveling mechanism which would instantly create job demand for female labor. So these claims just don't even stand a tiny, tiny bit of scrutiny and thought.
