Am, the best thing that anybody ever said to me was: i will sit in the dark and cry with you for as long as you need. We believe in mourning with those that mourn, not to cheer them up. The moment i was released, a pride flag went up oner our front porch. And so we we try to become a good allies and advocates while we were wrestling with things inside. I just wanted to be out.
