How Do You Get Repeat Customers From Second Hand?
Every year our average customer age gets a little younger. It's increasingly being dominated by 20 somethings but at of college or their first job, because there's such great value in second hand. And so the customer base, obviously, it's 99 point nine nine % women. Since we don't do men's clothes, which the irony is not lost on me as a guy. O have not solved my own problem yet. Then that's what gets you o repeat custom that's what get us repeat customers.
