Chris: My dad was a lawyer until he was 37. He resigned and went back to get undergrad prerequisites that applied for med school at 38 didn't become a doctor until 46. I think what that tweet also taught me is how many folks are stuck or unhappy at what they're doing, want to do something different and don't really know how to get it done. Chris: It takes a lot of courage to have two kids. We only live one life so we need to make the most of our time on this planet. The world has a way of trying to put you somewhere and I think it's our job to find out if we should be anywhere else.
Chris is a serial entrepreneur with more than 14 years of real estate development and investment experience. He’s raised more than $110 million in equity financing. To date, Fort Capital has invested and developed over $504M in multifamily, student housing, commercial/industrial, and residential & land development projects throughout Fort Worth and the state of Texas.
