The Power of Vitamin C

Vitamin C is one of the fewer ingredients that actually has some robust science behind it. It's not something that tends to like sitting around in the way that we tend to leave skincare in our steamy bathrooms. There are lots of people who actually just don't even tolerate it and they go nuts, because all they ever see is well you got to put a vitamin C in the morning. I would argue there's benefit morning at night because it also is involved in regulatory via physiology and processes in the body. And if you can do it by seven o'clock in the morning, you know, the end is near.
