How to Empower the Targeted Child in a Conflict
The process is basically the three ours, restitution, resolution and reconciliation. Of maham: What we do is empower the targeted kid,. We humble, not humiliate, em not into humiliation, but we humble the person who did the mean and cruel act. This is what i need in restorative practices for that kind of scenario. I don't care whether it's kids at home, because we do have sibbling blng or kids at school. And they need us to help them get through that.
