The first russian doctrine of information security was written in 19 99. It stipulates that a foreign media could pause a frat. Since two thousand we have all these otalks, ar crambling and inte sec security services. They always want to control the content because they believe it is much more important than cabels or computers. And unfortunately, now lots of people, even here, started saying, accepting this point of view, but we need to do something with the content.
