The price is so big because of the rise in treasury rates. If we're on this other side of the deal, we're a multi-state lottery organization. That's what we would do. We would take all this cash, throw it in treasuries, beat out the yield and rake the profits for ourselves. I'm pretty sure I read this on the internet.
