The Role of Sequencers in Roll Ups
IRC was formulated a year ago, but now that we've kind of ossified or beginning to ossify what is the IBC protocol for roll up communication. So eventually you could use interchange accounts, interchange queries and all the applications that are built on top of IBC will be able to be used in roll ups as well. If there's a marketplace or if there's a permissionless sequencing then whoever post more capital then they get more block production time similar to like a delegated proof of stake.
