Why I Don't Want to Buy a Condo
Most condos come with this fun little thing called an h o, a, a home owners association. Now, if they're doing their job correctly, some home owners associations are great. But for people who aren't able to afford that house, you have to really make sure that if there is an h o a requirement for that condo, tha they are actually managing that money correctly. The biggest reason i ended up withdrawing my offer the day before we closed, is because i heard the h o a was a nightmare. I as just not ready to be a home owner.
