Are Church Leaders Listening to the Voice of God?

Some skeptics suggested if God speaks as often as some Christians make out, church leaders will be far more onto what he's doing than they seem to be. So how do you respond to that? Particularly, you know, post COVID-19 where most of the prophets didn't see it coming, did they? Well, the first thing I'd say is absolutely correct. Most church leaders are more interested in Excel sheets and branding and strategies for church growth at times. It's not their hearts, but it's easy default into management rather than listening to the disruptive voice of God each day.
