Sally Kohn: Communication strategy could be a huge differentiator. One of the things I do with projects, and I tell them even if they're new or they've been in this market for some time, is to spend at least 100 hours on tourist spaces. She says it's not about pitching your project for like 20 minutes because that's what most people do when they come in and talk about the projects. "If you can actually pitch your project in one minute and say in one minute ... why I need to buy it," she said.
