How to Deal With Crisis Management
I grew up in Beirut, Lebanon during wartime. I rescued people and worked when bombs are falling. So it was very, very high stress level. You had to kind of calm down and deal with this. As long as I didn't have a collapsed building, people are dead. That's different. But you put crisis in perspective. And that's my approach with the staff is, you know, look at the big pictures.
