How to Prepare for a Competency-Based Question
A competency-based question normally starts with, can you give me an example? So it's expected to illustrate something that is to show how you can actually do a particular task. Unless your English is really, really fluent, I would strongly recommend that you kind of prepare your answers in your own native language. Think about how you'd answer the question in Spanish and then maybe think about a translation into English.
