The Role of LV in Dystonia

There's an association with greater 6-month mortality and readmissions in patients who have bendopnea. It has about the same odds ratio for congestive heart failure as peroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea. This may be a demonstration of that role. I've always downplayed the idea that the decreased cardiac output leads to dystonia, but there may be a role there.
