A guarantee or a warranty could be questions asked or no questions asked. Most guarantees should have some kind of a conditional nature where the prospect has to show that they've done the work by applying your system and it not working. The 100% back, 100% money back guarantee is good in most cases but there are times when you might want to change it. You don't want to eliminate chargebacks on your credit card statement until after people buy their products.
