What Can We Learn From St. John Chrysostom?

The priest fled into the caves of the monastery surrounding Antioch and the monks in exchange fled into the cities and to their homes. And so St. John Chrysostom has all these works called on the statues that is about this period of time or they've traded places. So it's very interesting kind of like tidbit of history but it just goes to show how monasticism and married life and society in the empire even at the time had exchanges with one another. That's why his works have survived throughout the centuries.
