The Importance of Feeling Your Body

I think that it's sort of like you have to know the rules in order to break them. By training with heart rate and power meters on the bike for so long, I can basically tell you without them now where I'm at because I've spent so much time doing it. It is often times so negatively impacted because your mind just stepped away from the event that you're going to be disappointed with your result. And if they're listening to their body and I can again navigate them to stay injury free and healthy, then we're probably doing okay.
