I struggle being a good leader to bad employees. I'm passive letting small things go etc and the good employees are taking notice. What advice would you have for a young leader to break through that? Stop questioning yourself about like bro why are you saying he's letting shit go with the bad employees. Those people who are weak that slide by will try to make you feel guilty for holding a high standard. Get if people do that to you get them a fuck out.
