Taliban have introduced some level of stability to people's daily lives. Taliban are part of this country and when the US first came in and took the Taliban out in 2001 they never seen them as an integral part of the country. Women's rights activists were saying look we actually we need to find a way to work with the Taliban because if we try and get rid of them it's just more war. The hatred towards the Taliban is visceral but also cultural for certain parts of Afghanistan.
