Disability Inclusion - What Is the Change That You're Passionate About?
I'm so excited to talk to you and about your change. What is the change that you are passionate about? So w the linking context, a sort of punchy line, if you like, is around having more disabled people and leadership rolls. And what was the point at which you realize that you wanted to be a really active change maker? It's been 15 years since i started my career in disability finance. Career wite has been very much about this topic. I've got a disability myself. I thenk it's just a real passion to drive change and have more inclusion of disable people in the world.
