Is There a Criminal Code Definition of Corruption?

There almost seemed to be a bloodthirst for accountability. And i'm not necessarily saying, you know, putting people behind bars,. But really pointing out like this was corruption and this type of negligence should be criminal. I feel like that bloodthirst wasn't necessarily satiated. So do you kind of see why some british columbians give it a second look and go, this doesn't make sense to me? It's an important finding. The system didn't work. And the people who were responsible have apologized, as they should.
