Gordon parks was an influence going into the series. i wanted this show to feel as liften and as visteral as possible. And when i've always been a huge qar park's fan, first ile, his use of color is unparallel. I think garry windergran always gets a lot of credit, and even thoghi'm a windergram fan, i feel like park just, it's not nastalgic, but it's hazy,. you now, it feels up a distinct time and present.
