How to Know if You're in How Hungry Mode

When we let go of the how hunger, it allows us to more fully shift into believing with absolute expectation that our goal is happening. You practice asking intentional questions that guide your brain into new, more helpful patterns of thinking, feeling, acting. When you ask questions, you expect your brain, soul, body to receive answers and you keep on the lookout until they come knowing they will come. Those are all ways to recognize if you are in how hungry mode, okay? There might be some other ways unique to you that I encourage you to stay open to you.
