Do the Lottery Processes Work?
The city has done a great job of making these lotteries very visible and easily accessible. But i think there are some opportunities for improvement. The shortage of housing means that this system is actually going to be fairly inefficient. And so this creates several types of inefficiency. One is on the developer side, when they're going through and screening you and verifying your eligibility,. maybe you're not all that interest in the building.
