The Long Ball Strategy and How to Negatively Use It
I noticed that teams are using the long ball strategy to bypass our midfield. Man City had success with this in the narrow victory as of a Liverpool and West Ham. How much of a concern is this and what tactics could be employed to negate this issue? I'm not saying West Ham are kind of kicking rush, but there is an element of that to the way that they play under David Moyes. You know, get your throw-ins, get your set pieces, get your corners and see what you can do. It's just something we've got to live with. Some of the more direct stuff actually suits Rob Holding.
