Do We Want to Start at the Bottom for Best Alignment?

The Houston Rockets, Atlanta Hawks, Washington Wizards, Toronto Raptors and Los Angeles Lakers are the five teams I chose for worst alignment in the league as we stand right now. Stephen Silas would work better with an older, more veteran team, I think. Like this organization is to me is, is as far from contention, they are further from contention than any other team in the league.
