We're pretty confident that we've got a, you know, potentially a couple deals that are on the table right now that could close within the next few months. There's some tax benefits to holding businesses for a long term. But our holdco model is don't look for something sexy, kind of similar to chin mark, look for cash flow positive and plan to own it for a very long time.
