The short term rental industry is sort of ahead of the curve from what I've seen. There's obviously still a long way to go with some issues as well. But this is an industry that's really rich. Everyone gets along pretty well. Even competitors,. You go on to these events and it's just crazy how everyone knows each other or you know someone first through LinkedIn, then you meet each other and it's like your best friends already.
