I've heard you mentioned this with like a physio ball in that you. felt like linking up with your fascia system. How do we tune into feeling our fascia system working so often it's just easy to say we're doing elastic training and bouncing, but how do you actually feel or what is special training if that makes sense? I have the advantage of feeling what training does to the tissues. Most trainers don't touch the they haven't developed their hands to be able to assess what what's going on with tissues in the body. And so fascia has a particular feel to it it should glide. That allows nerves to blood vessels, it allows muscles to glide over one another
