Denise: It's tiring to kind of always be try to be aware of what I think people like, it's exhausting. If you're too strong, if you're too opinionated, if you are too forceful, then it's like, all of a sudden, you know, if you've got a strong opinion about something,. All of a sudden you're angry. Denise says she doesn't have to tone herself down at work because someone will blame her for hurting their feelings. "I'm just actually standing in opinion. Oh, it's like the police came and started crying as everybody else was laughing"
