This is about maintaining a map of where you have signs, contracts with the people who are your customers and regulatory compliance. That sounds a great business to me. My guess is that it's not a contractoal relationship to put up the signs. Pray the guys who maintain the pipe lines and cruise em and make sure that they're following all the e p a regulations. But the sinsis maybe on on the more commoditized side of the spectrum.
