Do I Need a Psychotherapist to Do a Risk Assessment?
Do we need a professional, as inan ogsyc or an academic, to come in and do a risk assessment? Can anyone potentially be trained to be able to do this inhouse. If you're actually asking people about their mental health status, then i think you've got some duty of care issues that might be best handled by a psychologist. The actual assessing factors in the work environment, that bis an occupation of health and safety job, how much training and background they've had. There's no reason an oh, and is rep isn't a critical part of identifying risks and thinking about controls.
