Is There a Candida Overgrowth in the Gut?
There's an organic acid test I've mostly used great planes lab when I've done that and so that's a simple urine collection. IgG testing with patients looks at basically antibodies to saccharomyces, brewers yeast and bakers yeast. Sometimes there's a cross-reactivity that develops to yeast in food when someone has a yeast imbalance in the gut. So if those are positive that gives me some clues as well.
