How to Propose for Open UI

And then there's also a research category for a bunch of different ones where they talk about the research that's ongoing. There's all these different groups, which is why we never had fetch in node for so long because fetch was a web standards API. It's not a TC39 API. and node doesn't necessarily implement all of the web standards.
